I started doing this movement practice about a year and a half ago and it is almost indescribable. I crave it, never dread it, and recommend it to everyone who will listen. Best of all, Kara is an actual human who responds to comments, emails, etc. in such a genuinely kind and respectful way, it gives me hope that capitalism hasn’t killed everything…yet!
